Hello! My name is Aleksa Alimpić, In English-speaking regions, my name is Alex Alimpic and I am a FIDE Master with a peak Elo rating of 2313. I am from Belgrade, Serbia, and have been a professional chess coach for over 3 years, teaching both over-the-board and online. I work with players of all levels and ages, from absolute beginners to ambitious titled players striving for greatness.

I began my coaching career 3 years ago, working with both children and adults. My teaching programs are tailored to meet the specific needs of each student, whether you’re taking your first steps in chess or aiming for championship titles.

My Playing Experience
I started playing chess at the age of 8 and earned my FIDE Master title at 17.

Beyond Chess
In addition to coaching and competing, I have contributed to various projects promoting chess across all age groups. When I’m not immersed in the chess world, I enjoy studying openings, reading chess literature, and staying active by going to the gym.
